She formed Niessink Commercial in 2002 after starting in the business with CBRE. She is owner and principal of the firm along with her husband, Tom. Her clients include Barnes & Noble, Panera Bread, Niemann Harvest Market, Nothing Bundt Cakes, 7 Brew and Home Depot. Connie has been the National Exclusive Broker of the Year for Great Clips.

Connie graduated from Purdue University with a bachelor’s degree in management. While at Purdue she was captain of the varsity cheerleading squad. She was a founding member of the X Team and served as secretary for several years. Connie is active in and past President of Christ Lutheran Church in Zionsville, served as vice chair of Boilermaker Alliance (Purdue’s NIL collective), is an avid sports fan and enjoys playing tennis.

Tom Niessink

He’s been an owner and principal of the firm along with his wife, Connie, since its inception in 2002. Prior to that, he was a national sales manager with AT&T and vice president of distribution sales with Paradyne Corporation selling telecommunications equipment to Fortune 500 companies. Tom has provided real estate consultant services and has experience as a new markets master broker. His current clients include 7Brew Coffee, Niemann Harvest Market, Ashley Furniture, Fidelity Investment, and Great Clips.

Tom earned an industrial engineering degree from Purdue University. He’s a past regional coordinator for the X Team. Tom enjoys music and being outdoors.

Evan Butz

Evan is Executive Vice President at Niessink Commercial, joining the firm in 2014 after graduating from Indiana University with a bachelor of science degree in management. In 2026 he became a Partner and Owner in the firm along with Tom & Connie.

Some of his current clients include Great Clips, Panera Bread, Sheetz, My Salon Suite, Little Caesar’s, Niemann Harvest Market, Barnes & Noble, Joella’s Hot Chicken, Nothing Bundt Cakes, Snooze Mattress, Bubbakoo’s Burritos, and FedEx.

In his free time, Evan enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, hiking and throwing the frisbee with his dog, playing basketball, golfing, and traveling.

Reggie Brown

Reggie is an Indiana University graduate who began his career representing retail tenants. That work gave him firsthand experience with the data and decisions behind each retailer’s site-selection process. Today, he researches emerging technology and builds practical tools that help the Niessink team work with market information more effectively.

Jalen Frye

As a licensed real estate broker, Jalen assists our clients by conducting comprehensive market research and producing high-quality aerials, maps, and site-selection graphics. He leverages his degree in Digital Marketing and User Experience Design to create engaging content and manage our website and social media presence.

Outside the office, Jalen enjoys running, capturing moments through photography, coaching youth football, and spoiling his adorable pugs, Mocha and Marvin.
