Connie Niessink

She formed Niessink Commercial in 2002 after starting in the business with CBRE. She is owner and principal of the firm along with her husband, Tom. Clients include TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Home Goods, Sierra, Home Sense, Panera Bread, Niemann Harvest Market, Nothing Bundt Cakes, Rockler, and Half Price Books. Connie has been the National Exclusive Broker of the Year for Great Clips.

Connie graduated from Purdue University with a bachelor’s degree in management. While at Purdue she was captain of the varsity cheerleading squad. She was a founding member of the X Team and served as secretary for several years. Connie serves on the Governance Board of Christ Lutheran Church in Zionsville, is vice chair of Boilermaker Alliance (Purdue’s NIL collective), and is an avid sports fan.

Tom Niessink

He’s been an owner and principal of the firm along with his wife, Connie, since its inception in 2002. Prior to that, he was a national sales manager with AT&T and vice president of distribution sales with Paradyne Corporation selling telecommunications equipment to Fortune 500 companies. Tom has provided real estate consultant services and has experience as a new markets master broker. His current clients include 7Brew Coffee, Niemann Harvest Market, Ashley Furniture, Fidelity Investment, and Great Clips.

Tom earned an industrial engineering degree from Purdue University. He’s a past regional coordinator for the X Team. Tom enjoys music and being outdoors.

Evan Butz

Evan is Executive Vice President at Niessink Commercial, joining the firm in 2014 after graduating from Indiana University with a bachelor of science degree in management.

Some of his current clients include Great Clips, Panera Bread, TJX Companies, My Salon Suite, Little Caesar’s, Niemann Harvest Market, Joella’s Hot Chicken, Nothing Bundt Cakes, Snooze Mattress, Bubbakoo’s Burritos, FedEx, and Oasis TMS. Evan served as President of XNow, the NextGen program within XTeam, from 2018-2022. In his free time, Evan enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, hiking and throwing the frisbee with his dog, playing basketball, golfing, and traveling

Karli Ricketts

Karli is an Indianapolis native and graduated from Butler University with a bachelor of science degree in marketing. She had a full ride scholarship and was a 4 year starting pitcher on the Butler Softball team where she threw a no hitter and was named 1^st Team All Big East. She was also selected for the leadership group.

Her clients are Primrose Schools, Domino’s Pizza, Hyper Kids, Rockler Woodworking, Bubbakoo’s Burritos & FedEx. Outside of work Karli enjoys fishing, exercising, and attending concerts.

Reggie Brown

He’s been in real estate since 2002 and joined Niessink Commercial in 2004. His primary concentration is research and graphic work for Panera Bread and Jack in the Box, among others he’s done work for are Party City, McDonald’s, Jared Jewelers and Penn Station. Reggie was co-founder and past Director of X Now, an educational group within the X Team.

Reggie has a degree in social and behavioral sciences from Indiana University. He enjoys outdoor activities including snowboarding and disk golf.

Jalen Frye

Jalen produces aerials, maps, and graphics to assist in site selection along with performing market research. These visuals, data, and observations enable our clients to make informed decisions. He also creates content for and manages our social media presence and website.

Before starting with Niessink Commercial, Jalen worked as a social media coordinator creating content and managing social media for a large manufacturer here in Indianapolis. Jalen has a degree in Digital Marketing and User Experience Design. Outside of work, he enjoys running, capturing moments through photography, and spoiling his adorable pugs, Mocha and Marvin.
