Evan joined Niessink Commercial immediately after graduating from Indiana University with a bachelor of science degree in management. During his first two years in college, Evan was a member of Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity at the University of Kentucky before transferring to IU at the start of his junior year. His ties to both schools cause a constant internal conflict over which athletic program to cheer for, although he would tell you he is loyal to both. Evan was introduced to real estate in college while leasing newly constructed apartments for a multi-family developer, and also interning in the corporate real estate department at Finish Line.
Upon graduation, he decided to pursue a career in brokerage with a focus on retail. His clients include Great Clips, Panera Bread, Joella’s Hot Chicken, Captain D’s, My Salon Suite, Home Depot, and Shopko Optical among others. He is a former Director of X Now, a group within X Team connecting the next generation of leaders throughout the country.
