She formed Niessink Commercial in 2002 after starting in the business with CBRE. She is owner and principal of the firm along with her husband, Tom. Clients include TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Home Goods, Sierra, Home Sense, Panera Bread, Niemann Harvest Market, Nothing Bundt Cakes, Rockler, and Half Price Books. Connie has been the National Exclusive Broker of the Year for Great Clips.

Connie graduated from Purdue University with a bachelor’s degree in management. While at Purdue she was captain of the varsity cheerleading squad. She was a founding member of the X Team and served as secretary for several years. Connie serves on the Governance Board of Christ Lutheran Church in Zionsville, is vice chair of Boilermaker Alliance (Purdue’s NIL collective), and is an avid sports fan.
