She formed Niessink Commercial in 2002 after starting in the business with CBRE. She is owner and principal of the firm along with her husband, Tom. Her clients include Barnes & Noble, Panera Bread, Niemann Harvest Market, Nothing Bundt Cakes, 7 Brew and Home Depot. Connie has been the National Exclusive Broker of the Year for Great Clips.

Connie graduated from Purdue University with a bachelor’s degree in management. While at Purdue she was captain of the varsity cheerleading squad. She was a founding member of the X Team and served as secretary for several years. Connie is active in and past President of Christ Lutheran Church in Zionsville, served as vice chair of Boilermaker Alliance (Purdue’s NIL collective), is an avid sports fan and enjoys playing tennis.
