Evan is Executive Vice President at Niessink Commercial, joining the firm after graduating from Indiana University with a bachelor of science degree in management. During his first two years in college, Evan was a member of Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity at the University of Kentucky before transferring to IU. His ties to both schools cause a constant internal conflict over which athletic program to cheer for, although he is loyal to both. Evan was introduced to real estate in college while leasing newly constructed apartments for a multi-family developer and also interning in the corporate real estate department at Finish Line.

Some of his current clients include Great Clips, Panera Bread, TJX Companies, My Salon Suite, Home Depot, Little Caesar’s, Harvest Market, Zoom Room Dog Training, Joella’s Hot Chicken, Nothing Bundt Cakes,  Oasis TMS, and Captain D’s.  Since joining Niessink Commercial Evan served as President of X Now from 2018-2022, a next-gen program within the national X Team Retail Advisors network connecting the next generation of retail real estate brokers across the country. He is also an active member of Real Estate Ascending Leaders in Indianapolis.  In his free time, Evan enjoys spending time with his wife and dog, playing basketball, golfing, and traveling.
